Rabbi Immanuel Bernstein was born and raised in London, England, where his father, Rabbi Isaac Bernstein, Zt"l, was a well known Rov. Rabbi Bernstein studied in Yeshivas Ateres Yisrael, Bayit Vegan, Israel, where received Semicha from R' Chaim Walkin.

Rabbi Bernstein has been involved in chinuch for many years. He has taught in yeshivas Ateres Yisrael. He is currently teaching in Yeshivas Machon Yaakov, Har Nof, and in Michlala Jerusalem College for Women, Bayit Vegan, Israel.

Rabbi Bernstein gives weekly shiurim in Parshat Shavua and Talmudic topics which are open to the public. have published sefarim on Talmud and Chumash.
