Rabbi Silver, formerly the Director of Education of Project SEED and Superintendent of the Jewish Secondary Schools Movement in the UK, was the Principal of Jewish Day Schools in Savannah Georgia and Milwaukee Wisconsin. He designed and directed the Discovery Seminars for English-speaking countries at Jerusalem's Aish Hatorah Academy. Rabbi Silver has lectured extensively throughout North America, Europe and South Africa.

Rabbi Silver currently resides in London England where he is involved in Kiruv.
